The Cambodia Countryside Developement Foundation is a registered non-profit organization. We have applied for tax-exempt status under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. We anticipate confirmation of our tax-exempt status by the IRS on or before April 15, 2008. Contributions made prior to that time are tax deductible retroactive to our organization date of April 19, 2007.
